- To support growth by creating customer technology strategies and roadmaps, and overseeing their ongoing use in sales opportunity execution
- To understand the customer intimately through alignment to the account team and day-to-day engagement with the customer
- To articulate how technology can be used to transform the customer’s business, increase their productivity and improve customer experience
- To work closely with the customer to influence technology strategy and to understand how objectives and business requirements could potentially be met through solutions comprised of the company's products and services
skills & experiences required.
Extensive and relevant experience operating as a technology consultant, preferably within a large sales driven organisation for over 5 yearsExtensive and relevant subject matter expertise across three or more technology domains (Cyber Security Advisory and Services, Networking including SDWAN and SASE, Converged Infrastructure and virtualisation, Data Centre, Cloud Services, Integrated Service Management, Contact Centre, Cloud Applications, Unified Communications, Industry Solutions, Enterprise Applications, etc.)Solid knowledge of service integration principles and service management frameworks and constructsSolid knowledge in Transition and Transformation principles and frameworksProven track record of developing and maintaining multi-level relationships and engagements, both within their organisation and with customersGraduate or post graduate qualifications (or equivalent industry professional experience) in relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering or Computer Science with extensive experience in information communication and technology and applicationsExperience with consulting, project delivery, technical product managementFluent in Cantonese and Englishshow more
