Human Resources Officer (Training & Communications Focus)

Responsibilities :

• Perform HR functions with focuses on training and development, employee relations, communications, etc.
• Assist in sourcing and liaising with external training providers to align with organizational training needs and facilitate the delivery of training
• Coordinate the training logistics with internal or external parties to ensure smooth delivery of training initiatives
• Evaluate training effectiveness, monitor training data compilation and prepare relevant reports
• Prepare staff communications and assist in the applications of any HR Awards and draft write-ups for editorials
• Assist in well-being and employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture
• Prepare regular HR reports and assist in data analysis
• Participate in HR projects, such as intranet revamp, corporate video and handle ad hoc duties as assigned
