Job description
Responsibilities :
Perform HR functions with focuses on training and development, employee relations, communications, etc.
Assist in sourcing and liaising with external training providers to align with organizational training needs and facilitate the delivery of training
Coordinate the training logistics with internal or external parties to ensure smooth delivery of training initiatives
Evaluate training effectiveness, monitor training data compilation and prepare relevant reports
Prepare staff communications and assist in the applications of any HR Awards and draft write-ups for editorials
Assist in well-being and employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture
Prepare regular HR reports and assist in data analysis
Participate in HR projects, such as intranet revamp, corporate video and handle ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management / Business Management / Communications or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience gained in sizeable organizations
Strong team player with excellent organizational skills, resourceful, detail-minded and a good numerical sense
Self-motivated, of can-do attitude and able to follow through
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations / ordinances
Proficiency in MS Office applications, Chinese Word Processing
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
