Role Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated F&O Product Manager to lead the end-to-end technology requirements for our Futures & Options (F&O) trading workflows in Japan. This role will cover both agency and principal trading, ensuring seamless integration and performance across front-to-back systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own and manage the full lifecycle of F&O technology workflows, from front office execution to back office processing.
• Collaborate closely with trading, operations, compliance, and technology teams to define and deliver product requirements.
• Drive product strategy and roadmap for F&O systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Provide regular updates and strategic insights to C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the platform remains competitive and compliant.
