The Project Futurus is a social enterprise that explores the future of aging through education, community service and advocacy. In addition to our community project, such as “流動五感大茶樓TM”. We also promote dignity dining through our platform “Captain Softmeal” (軟餐俠). We hope to engage and collaborate with stakeholders in the community to explore the many possibilities of aging through creative workshops and community engagement.

Job descriptions :

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the following duties :

Work closely with programs team and care food team to support on driving brand awareness, marketing and promotion of programs and services to both B2B and B2C clients

Develop and design a variety of content, e.g., online feeds (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), EDM, reels / short videos, press releases, newsletter, etc. for digital and social media platforms, website, e-shop, etc.

Monitor and maintain channels' effectiveness and provide insightful analysis to improve overall marketing execution

Assist in the planning, organizing, implementing, management of project events and education and community engagement programs, including workshops, talks, tours, exhibitions, etc.

Manage customer inquiries on program offerings and product inquiries.

Assist in driving sales on e-shop platform, including content update, copywriting, promotions, inventory management, sales orders, etc.

Work closely with internal teams and external agencies on assigned projects

Support team operations and perform ad-hoc tasks

Requirements :

Degree holder in Marketing and Business Administration or Communications related disciplines

Candidates with at least 2 years of experience is preferred

Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing

Basic skills in design software / App such as Photoshop, AI, Canva, is preferred.

Self-driven, customer focus and able to work proactively and independently

Willing to work under pressure and become a good communicative team member

Passionate about social innovation and contributing to our society
