Role Summary

Bowtie is looking for a passionate and execution-focused Senior Marketing Officer / Assistant Manager to help drive the growth of our health service business. This role is based within Bowtie’s health service arm. You will be supporting marketing for our clinic offerings (such as body checks, vaccinations, cancer screenings, and more) and working closely with our healthcare and clinic teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for a marketer who wants to broaden their skill set and take ownership of integrated campaigns and customer journey improvements in the health and wellness sector.

About the Role

You will work closely with the marketing and health teams to execute digital campaigns, support system integration (Plato, WhatsApp, CRM), and optimize the booking journey for customers. You’ll have the opportunity to learn hands-on how to connect marketing strategy, operations, and technology to deliver great customer experiences and business results. This role is focused on health service bookings and clinic experiences, not insurance product sales.

Your  Key Responsibilities Include :

• Support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and CRM channels.
• Assist in mapping and improving the customer journey, from first contact to booking and post-visit engagement.
• Help set up, integrate, and monitor campaign and CRM tools (e.g., Plato, WhatsApp, EDM, Meta / Google Ads).
• Track and report on key campaign and conversion metrics. Support the preparation of dashboards.
• Coordinate with clinical, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of marketing initiatives.
• Contribute ideas for new campaigns, journey improvements, and customer engagement strategies.
