Position Purpose :
This position is primarily responsible for driving and executing both strategic sales objectives across the channels and categories
Principal Accountabilities :
Achieving Sales Target :
l Develop, implement and drive strategic business plans by establishing targets, goals and objectives and manage business performance to ensure achievement of objectives across brands, channels, categories, online and offline.
l Collaborate with group and principal to identify and action new business models, channels, partners and growth opportunities.
l Achieve financial targets (profit & loss, revenue and balance sheet) and provide appropriate performance and financial reporting.
l Manage and maintain business relationships securing revenue generation and enhancing the profile including but not limited to department stores, shopping malls, chain stores, distributor, wholesale partners, China cross border and TPs.
l Manage promotion and activities, including but not limited to T&C negotiation, regular promotions, pop-up animation, joint business plan and performance review to ensure the relationships operate at optimum levels.
Managing Sales Operations :
l Manage all pipeline, forecast and results through statutory reports and reviews to ensure that it is updated at all times and reflects all client activities in a transparent manner.
l Plan, develop, monitor and measure activities of sales operations to consistently improve the retail and channel productivity and efficiency with process optimization and standardization.
l Conduct weekly sales meetings with the entire sales team to discuss status of pipeline and work with each individual sales person to improve both quality and quantity of the individual pipeline to meet budget targets.
l Design and manage the incentive scheme, bonus plan and performance measures to ensure the sales team is competitively and efficiently incentivized.
l Co-operate as core role with Finance, Logistics, Marketing and other relevant departments to implement all activities and projects.
l Manage and develop the Top to Top relationship with clients, partners and distributors to ensure the investment and returns are profitable and sustainable.
