Job Description
Lead collaboration across internal stakeholders, including Commercial, Logistics, and Regional teams, to maximize synergy and effectiveness in restaurant marketing initiatives.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and communication across all touchpoints, delivering a seamless user experience across external media, in-app exposure, and ATL to BTL campaigns.
Work closely with regional CRM and content teams to develop and execute content strategy.
Monitor and analyze market and competitor trends to ensure marketing strategies remain relevant and competitive.
Evaluate the performance of marketing investments, driving continuous improvement and ROI optimization.
Leverage data-driven insights to enhance the effectiveness of all marketing communications and campaigns.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in brand management or consumer marketing.
Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for the Manager level.
Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and drive results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision, while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive change.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
Proven ability to manage priorities and navigate high-pressure situations with sound judgment.
Passionate and structured team leader with a consumer- and market-centric mindset and strong business insight.
A proactive and dependable team player, committed to achieving team objectives and driving market growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Cantonese; strong negotiation skills are a plus.
