Principal responsibilities :

• Lead process design on card origination journey and process map of products and services
• Act as project coordinator including planning, development and implementation of strategic initiatives
• Serve as the single owner of all management information, overseeing data accuracy, reporting cadence, and insights generation
• Identify opportunities for innovation and customer experience uplift
• Drive operational efficiency and ensure all process and controlsply with the internal control standards, grouppliance policy and external regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and solicit their supports and inputs to ensure effective execution of the project scope
