Descriptions Ref : PO / ReBond

To develop, implement and evaluate clinical and other service programmes;
To provide direct service through various means according to the needs and characteristics of individual service users and their significant others;
To identify and make effective use of internal and community resources for service users;
To submit up-to-date documentation of work and services;
Bachelor degree or above in social work, psychology, social science or equivalence; and
Minimum 2 years' working experience in social welfare field.
