IMPACT OF THIS ROLE
The Manager of Infrastructure and Network Operations, Global, plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and reliability of Rosewood Hotel Group's IT infrastructure. By overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of critical equipment, this role directly contributes to the stability and efficiency of our technological environment. The manager's expertise in handling UPS, telecommunications / SIP / VoIP, structured cabling, wireless access points, LAN / WAN, and other networking components is essential for maintaining robust and secure network operations.
Working in close collaboration with the Director of Infrastructure and Network Operations, the manager will drive continuous improvements in both on-premise and cloud infrastructure. This includes reducing downtime, optimizing operational costs, and enhancing overall administration and security.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day on-premise and cloud infrastructure operations and support
- Manage backlog of improvements and related infrastructure projects on AWS, GCP, & Azure
- Manage and maintain Global Active Directory (GAD) and Azure ADDS
- Manage group policy enforcement using GPO and Intune
- Manage servers and workstations hardening aligning with corporate security standards
- Setup and maintenance of SSO / OAuth 2.0 / SAML integrations
- Administration of corporate DHCP, DNS, Domains, Digital Certificates Registration / Renewals
- Input infrastructure and network design standard document to project teams and coordination with hotel pre-opening task force to ensure the technology standards are provisioned for each project
- Maintain corporate and hotel property networking and server farm configuration guide, and ensure all configurations meet with the design standard
- Maintain stakeholder engagement as well as good supplier / vendor relationships
- Develop and manage disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
