Job Descriptions :
- Drive the acceleration of PRUVenture program through development and execution of tools and learning & development to strengthen value proposition, create awareness, increase attraction, equip recruiters, and associates nurturing to increase scale.
- Conduct competency mapping to address gaps & recommend impactful development interventions for PRUVenture leaders and associates
- Institutionalize performance coaching to meet the Company’s business initiatives.
- Build & maintain strategic relationship with all stakeholders internally and externally
- Review and ensure workflows of the PRUVenture programs are fully complied with the company guidelines and policies.
- Prepare & monitor budget and manpowerutilization.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor Degree or above, preferably with agency management backgroundProfessional qualification(s) preferred : FLMI, CFP, FChFP etc9 years or above agency management, business development or / and learning & developmentExperience in life insurance industry4 years or above management experienceFamiliar with agency cultureGood knowledge of insurance industry & financial planning professionProficient in written & spoken English, Putonghua and CantoneseGood analytical, interpersonal, communication & leading skills
