Job descriptionDiploma Graduate or equivalent Preferably with two years’ relevant experience Independent, proactive, and good team player Detail-orientated and organised Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese Proficient in computer applications, e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint and Chinese word processing More experience would be considered as Service Coordination Officer
Responsibilities :
- To provide administrative support for the training team
- To assist in planning, co-ordination, implementation and evaluation of special projects and research studies
- To assist in coordinating and supporting for conferences and programmes organised by Heep Hong Society, including the promotion, enrolment and on-site logistics
- To prepare statistical reports, correspondence for centres and external parties
- To assist in the preparation of funding applications or proposals for the continued implementation of existing programs or for the development of new services
- To perform any other related duties as required
