Job descriptionGenerating creative ideas and concepts for new toys that are innovative, engaging and marketable. Conducting research and analysis on market trends, consumer preferences and competitor products to inform design decisions. Collaborate closely with the CEO, manager, developers and customers to build a groundbreaking toy product. Define, implement, and refine design processes and frameworks that support rapid scaling of our product and tam. Contribute to product strategy discussions, ensuring that design choices directly drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Adapt quickly to evolving project requirements and proactively seek opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with factory to source and cost-control for new components that align with design and safety standards. Support other internal teams with design input if required.
Requirement :
- Diploma / Degree holder in Product Design
- At least 2 years of working experience in product design, preferably within toys
- Proficiency in using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Rhino etc
- Good hand-sketch and technical drawing skills
- Good command in written English, Fair in spoken English, Fluent in Putonghua
- Self-motivated, attentive to detail, able to work independently with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, presentable manner, and a team-oriented mindset
- Open-minded and willing to listen to opinions and take on new challenges
