Job description

Job Responsibilities

Provide customer service support to assigned clients
Well monitor & prioritize daily order submission, response client's enquiry in a timely manner.
Well manage troubleshoot and able to alert any potential complaints
Ad hoc duties assign by supervisor

Job Requirements

Diploma or above in Chemistry or other Science subjects, or other disciplines

Fresh graduate will also be considered

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese / Putonghua

Proficiency in PC operation, excellent in MS words & Excel

Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, team and customer orientated

Immediate available is preferred
