Project Secretary

Responsibilities :

• Provide all secretarial and administrative supports to Senior Management and Project Teams
• Liaise with Project Team heads, staff members and external parties to facilitate communication and workflows and to ensure compliance with corporate policies and standard practices
• Assist in preparing documents and correspondence independently with prioritizing or advising as appropriate
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and uphold a high standard of integrity
• Participate in Project Management Meetings including preparation of agenda and minutes taking
• Handle general enquiries and service requests from both external and internal parties
• Act as internal auditor for Quality Assurance System
• Handle ad hoc duties assigned by the Top / Senior Management as assigned
