Provide all secretarial and administrative supports to Senior Management and Project Teams
Liaise with Project Team heads, staff members and external parties to facilitate communication and workflows and to ensure compliance with corporate policies and standard practices
Assist in preparing documents and correspondence independently with prioritizing or advising as appropriate
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and uphold a high standard of integrity
Participate in Project Management Meetings including preparation of agenda and minutes taking
Handle general enquiries and service requests from both external and internal parties
Act as internal auditor for Quality Assurance System
Handle ad hoc duties assigned by the Top / Senior Management as assigned
Requirements :
Holder of University degree / Diploma in Business Administration / Secretarial or equivalent
At least 5 years relevant working experience
Working experience in construction firm will be a definite advantage
A good team player with ability to communicate with all levels of staff in Project Teams
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
With strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented and good interpersonal skills
Able to handle multi-task and priorities work load within specified timeline
Good PC knowledge and strong in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
