Description :

Our client is a sizable MNC owning multi-luxury beauty brands with business around the world.

  • Report directly to GM and provide support to effective the day-to-day departmental matters
  • Compile various sales reports as well as perform data analysis in terms of market trends, competitor activities and sales performance
  • Assist in departmental / events budget planning and management
  • Provide secretarial support to GM on general administrative issues, such as meeting arrangement, leave & travel arrangement, expenses claim, equipment maintenance etc.
  • Assist in organizing department activities as establishing a friendly and harmony working culture with the objective to retain a high team spirit and engagement
  • Handle adhoc projects as required

Requirement : :

  • Tertiary education in any discipline
  • 2+ years’ experience in serving top management, preferable gained from retail industry
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent command in operating MS Excel and Powerpoint
  • Good in both English and Chinese
