Our client, a world-class leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company, is currently looking for a detail-oriented Senior Clinical Trials & Operations Manager to join their expanding team.

about the job.

Manage assigned clinical trials / projects, ensuring they run smoothly

Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and of high quality

Coach and mentor team members

Identify and address training needs for the team

Ensure trial sites are selected, activated, and enrolled on time and within budget

Report technical complaints and adverse events related to Novartis products promptly

Distribute marketing samples if needed

skills & experiences required.

10+ years of experience in clinical operations

Strong skills in operations and financial management

Ability to collaborate across different teams / departments

Proficiency in critical negotiations

Fluent in English
