Job Responsibilities :

BIM Project coordination and management
Handle BIM modeling works for Building Construction Projects
3D Architectural, Structural and MEP BIM model production
Clash analysis and reporting
Walk through analysis and presentation
4D Construction Simulation
2D CSD and CBWD production
Reporting to PM, BIM Manager, SBSE

Job Requirement :

Certificate or above in Architectural Engineering, Structural Engineering, M&E Engineering or Interior Design

Min. 2 years’ experience in BIM modeling for Building Construction Projects

Good knowledge and experience in BIM software such as Revit and Naviswork etc.

Experienced in 3D Architectural, Structural and MEP BIM model production

CCBC is required in this position
