Assistant Sommelier

We are looking

for someone who has :

• Diploma / Degree in Food & Beverage, Wine Study, Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in fine dining restaurants in prestige hotels or hospitality industry in similar size
• Sound knowledge of different wines and spirits
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese with strong initiative to interact with customers
• Well versed with both internet and computer applications
