Responsibilities :
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including formulating effective strategies and optimizing processes to acquire talent and build a robust pipeline aligned with business objectives
Draft and issue company-wide circulars on HR matters, policy updates, and organizational changes
Compile and consolidate departmental reports, including headcount reports, turnover analysis, CSR and any other reports
Identify areas for improvement and implement plans to streamline HR processes and enhance HR systems
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in human resources, with a strong focus on talent acquisition, policy development, and HR reporting
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with Department Heads and engage employees at all levels
Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail
Exceptional writing skills, particularly in report writing and policy drafting
Outstanding communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
Up-to-date knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis tools
