职位描述At least 8 years’ experience with 5 years supervisory experience in hospitality industry Higher Diploma / Degree holder in hospitality management or equivalent Strong leadership skills, able to work under pressure and handle multitasks to meet tight deadlines. Mature, detail-minded and tactful. Creative, high level of energy, and highly self-driven. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Immediate available is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Food & Beverage Director to oversee the day-to-day operations
- Deliver quality services in accordance with hotel standards
- Ensure all safety and sanitation levels are upheld in accordance with local regulations
- Implement appropriate and effective measures to improve cost control in labour and other aspects
- Identify and analyze problems and develop solutions, determine priorities, set goals, and follow up with monthly action plans
- Manage guest needs and enhance guest satisfaction
