Senior Manager – Contract Management (QS) – Client side

Job Summary

A well-reputed government entity in Hong Kong is currently seeking a Senior Manager - Contract Managment to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to the organization and make a significant impact.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying duties, including cost estimates, procurement, tendering, tender evaluation, cashflow forecast, contract administration, costs control of capital works, evaluation of variations, review of payments, claims assessment, and finalization of project accounts.
• Lead a project team and coordinate with internal departments, external consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare analysis reports and recommendations for the approval of consultancy agreements and works tenders.
• Implement contracts management and cost assurance policy and procedures.
• Provide technical audits and other supporting services, as well as coordinate with other supporting teams for contracts management.
