Responsibilities :
- Provide policy administration support, including policy issuance, endorsement and renewal
- Liaise with internal departments and external parties to resolve policy-related issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all policy-related activities
- Assist in the development and improvement of policy servicing processes and procedures
- Contribute to the achievement of departmental and company-wide goals
