职位描述Handle insurance claims for different lines of business (e.g. Property & Casualty, CAR, construction EC, Marine, etc.) Ensure proper reserving, adjustment and settlement of all claims Resolve enquiries from customers, colleagues and business partners Work closely with all parties, i.e. loss adjuster and / or solicitor, etc. on daily operations to ensure delivery of quality and professional claims services to the stakeholders Other ad hoc support to the team
Requirements
Must-have
- Hands-on experience in property & casualty claims handling
- Knowledgeable in different classes of claims in general insurance
- Proficient in MS Office, esp. Excel
- Passed IIQE Paper 1 & 2 or holder of ANZIIF (Senior Associate) or equivalent
- A good team player with strong communication and analytical skills
- Attentive to details and customer-oriented
- Working location : Quarry Bay
- Working days : 5 days per week
- Fixed Working hours : - Mon to Fri : 9 am to 5 : 30 pm
- Work from home arrangements : 1 to 2 days per week subject to seasonality
- Excellent exposure and opportunities in learning / handling different classes of claims
