Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
- Monitor stock levels create purchase order and track supply status to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain updated record of purchase orders vendor information and delivery information into internal databases
- Work closely with different parties in organization to forecast demand and assist manager to create supply plans that ensure availability of materials or products
- Create and deliver routine and ad hoc reporting to understand various aspects of processes and the portfolio performance and staffing needs
- Analyze and optimize inventory levels to have right inventory to meet required demand
- Monitor forecasts to identify changes or to determine the effect on supply chain activities.
- Ad hoc task as required (Project based on request other team support etc.)
Education
Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics or related field is required.Experience
At least 2 years experience in Supply Chain operations and planningFresh graduates with positive attitude will be also consideredKnowledge Skills Abilities
Self-driven independent and detail oriented and sensitive to figuresHigh adaptability and ability to work in a cross-functional capacityProficient in Microsoft Office particularly ExcelKnowledge in SAP / Oracle system will be an advantageAbility to prioritize work and handle pressure in dynamic fast pace environment and well organizedGood communication skill and problem solving abilityGood command in English Cantonese and MandarinKey Skills
