Role Summary

About the Role

You will be working in a fast-paced organization that promotes cross-functional collaboration to ensure that all our HR operations across different sites are carried on smoothly and effectively.

Your  Key Responsibilities Include :

You will be instrumental to the smooth operations of the whole company and our success by planning, executing and / or overseeing a variety of HR matters, policies & initiatives, including but not limited to

• Provide end-to-end Human Resources services including compensation and benefits, payroll, performance management, staff movement and staff engagement activities
• Work closely with the global team to provide necessary compensation and benefits-related advice and onboarding
• Identify opportunities for process enhancement and propose HR improvement plans
• Handle employee feedback and comments, performance improvement plans, terminations, and other labor-related issues
• Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Work closely with senior management to make sure that the company is running and led in a productive manner and that employee's welfare is well taken care of
• Explore technology, systems, and tools to streamline HR operations
• Handle ad hoc requests and people issues as the occasion arises
