Senior Claims Officer (Liability & Property / Commercial)

职位描述Responsible for the complex liability and property claims Provide technical support to the team including work simplification and automation initiatives Provide data analytics for Commercial portfolios Orgranize customer meeting presentation and preparation of Powerpoint slides Assist the Claims Manager in managerial tasks if necessary and also other ad hoc tasks Adhere to local regulatory and governance requirements throughout the life of the claim to ensure that we make decisions using the right standards. Compliance with customer protocols / service charter 4 years or above experience in CAR, Liability and Property claims, preferably with large and complex claims management skill Preferably Bachelor degree or above or equivalent working experience Achieved recognised industry standard (e.g. Snr Asso. of ANZIIF) Experience in CAR, Liability and Property claims handling Experience in CAR, Liability and Property claims with good customer service skill is a must Technical knowledge of products and services Technical claims handling knowledge of Liability and Property Insurance products Understand local legislation and legal liability Understand industry standards and protocol Knowledge of claims agreements Interpretation of policy over Knowledge and application of the litigation process Solid experience with all major aspects of the claims adjustment process. Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese (including Mandarin) Data analytical skill is preferred Location(s) : HK - Hong Kong
