Job Responsibilities
Work on the Executive Floor operation
Provide daily check-in, check-out & reservation duty
Provide excellent service (including F&B service) and engagement with guests at the Crown Club
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. If necessary, promptly report to their superiors
Coordinate with internal departments in order to handle requests and complaints
Maintain the booking schedules for hotel rooms, transportation, and facilities
Job Requirements
Degree or diploma holder in Hotel Management
A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a star hotel / serviced apartment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant and outgoing personality
Fluent in spoken English & Mandarin
Familiarity with the Opera system is an advantage
