In this position you will…

be responsible for leading and managing transformation initiatives across the organization. This will involve developing and implementing strategies to drive change and improve efficiencies that help to enhance the overall performance of the organization. You will work closely with senior management and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and develop plans to achieve desired outcomes.

You will be responsible for…

  • Developing and implementing transformation strategies to drive change and improve efficiency across teams
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for transformation initiatives
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in transformation management
  • Leading critical aspects of strategic projects, covering project planning and alignment of objectives with company goals, feasibility analysis (costs, benefits, risks), execution and team engagement, executive stakeholder management, and budget management and control
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (M&A, Legal, HR, IT, Finance, Ops) to support and inform the development of transformation project plans, timelines, and key milestones so that items are sequenced by priority, specific to each integration
  • Leading successful integration of newly acquired entities, aligning processes, systems, and cultures to achieve strategic objectives and maximize value creation
  • Identifying downstream impacts, risks, and issues associated with the integration process and support development of mitigation strategies
  • Leading implementation of global technology and operations footprint strategy, and help build efficient and scalable operations to support business growth

  • You will require the following qualifications and skills

  • 12+ years of experience in transformation and / or program management, with a proven track record of delivering successful transformation initiatives, preferably within the insurance, financial services or software / tech industry
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or other field
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues and risks
  • Experience in change management and developing a culture of continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of technology tools, industry trends, agile and project management methodologies and best practices in transformation management
  • Self-directed with a strong ability to lead in ambiguity and who adapts readily and easily to changes in priorities and business conditions
  • Exceptional analytical, creative, program management and interpersonal skill
