  • Support business restructuring and transformation initiatives in Hong Kong, ensuring alignment with global HR strategies.
  • Oversee high-touch HR programs such as redundancy processes, working closely with HR Business Partners and specialist teams.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for HR-related enquiries, coordinating with multiple HR functions to resolve complex issues.
  • Provide end-to-end support for senior executives, ensuring timely and high-quality resolution of HR queries.
  • Support people managers in adopting HR processes and tools, facilitating smooth change management.
  • Promote the use of HR systems and self-service tools to enhance workforce efficiency.
  • Analyze trends from case and knowledge management tools to identify areas for improvement in HR services, policies, and processes.
  • Leverage HR data and insights to recommend enhancements to HR products and services.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of the employee experience by addressing recurring challenges and optimizing HR service delivery.
