Job Overview : We are seeking Ad Ops to lead the design and execution of digital media strategies in alignment with client objectives, particularly for new product launches.
The role involves managing digital campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance, and providing data-driven recommendations.
Strong collaboration with clients, data analysis, and reporting are essential Qualifications 5+ years’ experience in Digital Media or Advertising field for Consumer Goods Familiar with Google ads (include search / GDN / YouTube) or Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, Snapchat or other digital media.
Knowledge in Programmatic tools such as DV360 and The Trade Desk Experience implementing, monitoring and executing media campaigns Working knowledge of analytics tools (e.g.
Google Analytics.) Experience in data analysis and reporting Strong verbal and written communication skills Working language - English (Mandarin or Spanish is preferred as a second working language).
Media Performance Manager, with over 5 years of experience in RTB experience, having insight into advertising market trends and competitor strengths and weaknesses.
Familiar with operations and the current bidding environment, including WeChat / Douyin / RED.
Proficient in backend account management, including account recharge, operations, billing cycles, and prepayment.
Strong execution and influence, self-driven, challenges themselves, highly resilient, goal- and result-oriented, capable of leading the team to collective success.
Good value-added maintenance and operational expertise, strong communication skills, and cross-departmental collaboration awareness.
Strong risk awareness, sensitive to market and content trends, able to identify potential risks immediately, guide the team to make adjustments swiftly, and remain calm under pressure Responsibilities : Execute monitor and optimize digital campaigns Manage end-to-end digital projects Coordinate with client to ensure campaign launch and deliver consistently with media plan Implementation for digital advertising platforms Suggest and implement campaign across multiple channels and ad formats Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaign to help brand improve brand awareness, ad clicks, ad engagement, video views, ROI and other KPIs Daily / Weekly / Post Campaign Report to track campaign performance and provide suggestions Develop advertising plans, optimize ad creatives, analyze and summarize ad data, continuously improve promotion effectiveness, enhance client ad performance, and achieve business goals.
