职位描述University graduate with minimum 8 years sales experience of which 4-5 years in supervisory / managerial position Able to manage a project / event independently Goodmand of English and Chinese Self-motivated and customer orientated Preferably IIQE (paper 1, 2, 3 & 4) licensed You are required to obtain relevant licence if your job involves in regulated activities Ensure team members who perform regulated activities have obtained the relevant licenses and fulfilled the licensing requirements Candidates with less experienced will also be considered as Assistant Manager
Responsibilities
- Keep abreast of market development and deliver key initiatives to agents
- Provide professional and technical advice to agents and prospective customers
- Provide help desk at agency offices, if applicable
- Effectively monitor the sales performances of assigned agents to ensure their strategic targets such as VONB / ANP, OPAT and Excess EV Growth is met
- Provide coaching and training to support staff
- Perform any other duties and projects as assigned
