Responsibilities

Act as the Type 9 RO under the SFC, ensuring fullpliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to meet SFC licensing requirements.
Liaise with the SFC and other regulatory bodies, managing submissions and responding to inquiries.
Oversee the management of real estate investment portfolios.
Ensure investment strategies align with client objectives and risk profiles.
Monitor market conditions and portfolio performance, providing strategic insights to senior management.
Conduct regularpliance audits and risk assessments.
Identify and mitigate potential regulatory and operational risks.
Provide training and support to staff onpliance matters and regulatory updates.
Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by the SFC.
Foster strong relationships with clients through effectivemunication and service delivery.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 9 years of experience in asset management or financial services.

Proven experience as a Responsible Officer in a Type 9 licensed entity.

In-depth knowledge of SFC regulations andpliance requirements.

Strong analytical, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.

Professional certifications (, CFA, CPA) are preferred.

Excellentmand of spoken & written English and Cantonese / Mandarin
