  • Ensure all accounting and financial reports are complied with updated accounting standards, listing rules requirements and all kinds of covenants
  • Ensure accuracy and timely accounting records in FlexSystem
  • Maintain updated Charts of Accounts & Analysis Codes in FlexSystem
  • Review and enhance accounting system, accounting policies and internal control
  • Monitor budget, forecast and variance
  • Supervise and coach a team to ensure the timeliness and quality output
  • Liaise with internal peers, external auditors and professionals
  • Handle accounting duties of Directors’ investment
  • Perform daily routine accounting functions when required
  • Keep proper and organized filing for easy retrieval and in confidential manner
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time

    • Requirements

    • Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5, with CPA qualification
    • Minimum 5 years post CPA relevant working experience, with experience in handling China accounting is an added advantage
    • Experience in managing a professional team is a must
    • Able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines
    • Independent, proactive and attentive to details
    • Mature, able to work under pressure with strong sense of confidentially
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Immediately available is highly preferre
