Responsibility
- To collaborate with Account Managers to recommend and propose appropriate solutions and offer services to customer
- To participant in the whole pre-sales cycle, including customer meeting, user requirement study, design, presentation, demonstration, proposal and the RFP / bidding phases
- To work closely with internal Engineers and external Suppliers
- To design and deliver internal training, experience and knowledge to Overseas Support
- To work as a team and share solution knowledge regularly
- To formulate and implement market development strategies, prepare related policies and guideline, etc.
- To support ad-hoc tasks assigned by team manager
Requirements
Degree holder or above in IT / Engineering / Telecommunications or related disciplines5+ years of relevant working experience in Telecommunication industryHold of professional certification is definitely an advantageFamiliar with Telecom products such as IPLC / IEPL / MPLS VPN / SDWAN / DIA / IP TransitAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users and understand their requests and requirementsHardworking, self-motivated and able to work under pressureGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to do problem solving and troubleshooting aloneGood in MS Office applications and Chinese Word ProcessingExcellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Mandarin is definitely an advantage
