Key accountabilities
Compile sales budget and forecast to achieve the overall strategy plan of the Hotel
Keep abreast of both local and overseas market trends and recommend appropriate tactical plans and counteract strategies
Develop relationship with existing and potential corporate clients
Devise proposals to meet with the special needs of LNRs and KNRs
Maintain the sales and client database and draw insightful ideas to turn them into actions
Requirements
Diploma or degree holder in hospitality, business administration or relevant disciplines
Around 4 years of proven track records in sales and marketing function in hospitality industry
Possess positive mindset with service centered leadership and proactive in character
Be a smart negotiator with proficient interpersonal communication skills
Proficient in Chinese and English oral / business writing, fluency in Putonghua would be an added advantage
Excellent PC skills and experience of Sales Systems (i.e. Opera etc) is advantageous
More experienced candidates will be considered as Senior Sales Manager, while less experienced one will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
