职位描述At least 1 year of relevant experience Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent Technical knowledge in measurement, cost estimating, construction technology, contracts and law Knowledge of NEC will be an advantage Good command in English, Chinese & Mandarin to liaise with different stakeholders Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese Proficient in MS Office (Excel) / Google applications Construction Safety (Green Card) Training is a must

Key Accountabilities or Responsibilities :
- Assist the Deputy Commercial Manager in contract budget and cost estimation for construction works on Landfill projects
- Coordinate in tender preparation, material procurement and contract administration in compliance with the Company’s procedures and systems
- To assess sub-contractors variations, interim payments, claims and settlement of Final Accounts
- Prepare contractual correspondence, including notifications of compensation events
- Evaluate and analyse the cost of all the construction projects starting from the tendering stage to the project completion stage
- Other ad hoc projects as assigned by the management
