Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Location : Tuen Mun

Key Accountabilities or Responsibilities :

• Assist the Deputy Commercial Manager in contract budget and cost estimation for construction works on Landfill projects
• Coordinate in tender preparation, material procurement and contract administration in compliance with the Company’s procedures and systems
• To assess sub-contractors variations, interim payments, claims and settlement of Final Accounts
• Prepare contractual correspondence, including notifications of compensation events
• Evaluate and analyse the cost of all the construction projects starting from the tendering stage to the project completion stage
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned by the management
