My client is a leading Employee Benefits (EB) brokerage with a strong reputation for delivering innovative, client-focused solutions. With decades of experience, they partner with employers to design competitive benefits packages that attract and retain top talent while ensuring cost efficiency and compliance.

We are seeking a dynamic  Account Manager  to join their growing team. This role is perfect for a proactive professional who thrives in client relationships, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about employee benefits.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction
  • Manage the renewal process, including marketing, carrier negotiations, and proposal presentations
  • Analyse client needs and recommend tailored benefit strategies (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, voluntary benefits, etc.)
  • Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth plan administration
  • Educate clients and employees on benefit plans, compliance updates (ACA, ERISA, HIPAA), and industry trends
  • Assist with RFP responses, enrolment meetings, and employee communications
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM and ensure timely follow-up

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in employee benefits account management (brokerage or carrier side preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of group health insurance, ancillary benefits, and compliance regulations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • IIQE holder
  • Good command of Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
