Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction
- Manage the renewal process, including marketing, carrier negotiations, and proposal presentations
- Analyse client needs and recommend tailored benefit strategies (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, voluntary benefits, etc.)
- Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth plan administration
- Educate clients and employees on benefit plans, compliance updates (ACA, ERISA, HIPAA), and industry trends
- Assist with RFP responses, enrolment meetings, and employee communications
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM and ensure timely follow-up
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field5+ years of experience in employee benefits account management (brokerage or carrier side preferred)Strong knowledge of group health insurance, ancillary benefits, and compliance regulationsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsIIQE holderGood command of Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
