Executive Officer()

The Faculty is looking for suitable candidates to provide administrative support for the following duties :

Responsibilities :

• Assist the Supervisor(s) in the administration work of general office (e.g. finance and personnel matters) and academic programmes (e.g. admissions curriculum and quality assurance matters course enrollment);
• Handle various proposals applications awards and reimbursement such as staff research grants and student scholarships;
• Collect and check various data for reports;
• Maintain website and organise events / activities (such as conferences / seminars and orientations visits);
• Serve on 2 or 3 Facultys collaborative staff team(s) in supporting teaching and learning staff research and research students and / or communication;
• Service committees including minutes taking and proposal drafting; and
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written assessment.

The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of one to two years. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to performance review mutual agreement and availability of funding.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Salary range for reference : HK$22275 to HK$30000
