- Oversee operations for both sections, ensuring KPIs are met.
- Manage card lifecycle : ordering, stock management, delivery, refunds, and replacements.
- Assist in budget management and resource allocation to meet departmental objectives.
- Engage with stakeholders to identify customer needs and improve service quality.
- Monitor vendor performance to ensurepliance and data protection.
- Review service levels and implement enhancements to customer service.
Qualifications :
Degree or Master’s in Operations Management, IT, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).15+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in a management role.Strong background in operations within retail banking or payment services.Knowledgeable in HKMApliance requirements.Proven track record in performance improvement and vendor management.Excellentmunication skills in English and Chinese. 为此搜索创建职位提醒
