The Job
You will :
- Manage the administrative support for Technical Services Team of Property Facilities Management in Sha Tin Racecourse
- Monitor and update budget and expense summary, statutory compliance and work order status to ensure the FM services performance are met within the required standards and time frame
- Handle routine correspondence and other general administrative support
- Manage the duty roster plan raceday meetings
- Assist in preparing and implementing all standard procedures and control systems on corporate facilities management
About You
You should have :
Tertiary Education is preferredExperience in office administrative support and secretarial supportGood communication, organization skills, interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multi-tasking environmentAbility to work independently as well as in a team settingStrong general computer skills in particular MS ExcelProficiency with MS Office, being familiar with Maximo and Oracle Financials would be a benefitTerms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
