Temporary Customer Service Officer (Jun Sep)

Responsibilities :

  • Handle Customer Service hotline and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist in collecting, handling and following up on customer feedback with related parties
  • Provide clerical and administration support to the team
  • Assist ad-hoc duties / projects when required

Requirements :

  • Tertiary education or above
  • Around 2-3 years relevant experience in Customer Service
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, patient and positive
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese Processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Immediately available is highly preferable
