Job Description :

Our client is currently seeking a high-caliber professional to join their Relationship Management Team as a Relationship Manager. In this role, you will :

• Manage relationships with Retail / Prestige clients.
• Acquire, develop, and retain relationships with a portfolio of Prestige clients.
• Help clients articulate their needs and deliver solutions that exceed their expectations.
• Understand clients on a personal and professional level to align with their short and long-term financial goals.
• Provide financial advice leading to highly individualised strategies aimed at wealth creation and capital preservation.
• Achieve key performance indicators and profit growth through the development of existing and new client relationships.
• Increase client loyalty by meeting their needs directly or through effective collaboration with internal business partners.
• Develop a strong team culture and build team spirit to enhance loyalty to the Bank.
• Ensurepliance with operational integrity and adhere to the Business Principles and Values of thepany.
