The Department
Provide leadership in cross dock warehouse operations and resource utilization. The job also (a) supports the ongoing development of the cross dock warehouse operational processes for CRC horse feed and (b) oversee the logistics services to serve the CRC horse feeds under special approval.
The key measures for this role (but not exhaustive) will be :

- Safety & Compliance for import and export of feed

The Job
You will :
Manage and monitor all warehouse operations, included receiving, storage, putaway, cycle-count processEnsure all stores activities (stock issue, receipt, return transfer and stock take etc) are correctly carried outHandling the inbound shipment to Hong Kong ordered by CRC Store and communicate with oversea suppliersCoordinate the order planning of horse feed between Hong Kong Store Team and CRC Store teamHandling re-export shipment to CRC from Hong Kong via Road or Ocean FreightCoordinate the logistics arrangement with 3 party logistics service provider for warehouse, value added service, local and cross border transportationCoordinate with AFCD & Transport to obtain the Phyto Cert for export shipmentManage system record for the inventory in transit, vertify and handle the logistics service provider billingAssist to handle all system related matter, trobule shooting and necessary maintenanceSupport on system enhancement and development on store related function and perform UAT test after enhancementAbout You
You should have :
Diploma preferably in supply chain or related disciplinesAt least 5 years of international shipping experience gained from reputable and sizable companies such as shipping line or freight forwarderHands on working knowledge of customs requirement, transit lead time and shipment trace and track for international transportationWell connected with key stakeholders and familiar with the international transportationWorking knowledge of international shipping and transportationKnowledge on local Hong Kong import requirement, customs clearance by Ocean / AirWell communicate in English, Cantonese and MandarinComputer literate (MS Office) & prefer to have hands-on experience in Oracle and Warehouse Management SystemEffective communication & interpersonal skillsTerms of Employment
