- Drive Inventory control and logistics cost control
- Collaborate and Maintain relationship with brands & 3PLs
Role & Responsibilities
Monitor logistics operation and warehouse activities, see for opportunities in enabling a more efficient and effective way of daily operationResponsible for logistics projects from planning, implementation, execution and reviewUpkeep workflows and the documentation of workflowsCollaborate and communicate closely with different brands and all stakeholders on changes of logistics arrangementWork with local authorities on customs compliance especially on CITES, perfume and scented itemsUndertake audits of vendor invoices and month-end processing to incorporate finance accrualsEstablish guidelines for inventory management and controlMaintain accurate stock & inventory in system locations with precise reconciliationsCoordinate in stock take activitiesOwn logistics budget, understand logistics cost structure, maintain & review logistics cost on a regular basisRegular reports and analysis on logistics operation cost, volume and KPIsMaintain regular communication with HQ logistics teamMonitor service providers performance by reviewing KPI, provide solutionsDrive & lead continuous process improvement for cost saving, operation efficiency & optimize operation procedures, and follow up closelyRequirements
Degree holder, preferably in supply chain, transportation or logistics related disciplineMinimum 6 years relevant working experience preferably from retail industry with at least 3 years of management experienceExperience in project management, warehousing / logistics operation and leading a small teamStrong mindset in change management and their execution, ability to analyse issues and proactively propose solutionsGood communication and interpersonal skills, open to share and challengeGood command of both spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
