Legal Counsel (5-8 PQE) | International FMCG Company | HK

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Legal Counsel to support the Head of Legal of an international FMCG company, based in Hong Kong. This role primarily focuses on business activities in Hong Kong and Macau , offering exposure to a broad range of legal matters in a fast-paced and dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts including distribution agreements, vendor service agreements, marketing terms & conditions, tender documents, and sales agreements
• Provide legal support to various corporate functions
• Review product labelling and advise on safety and product standards
• Deliver practical legal solutions while ensuring compliance
• Assist in policy development, implementation, and training
• Support compliance initiatives and special projects
• Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory updates
• Provide internal legal training to business units
• Collaborate with the legal team in China on cross-border matters
• Handle ad hoc legal projects as needed
