Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial markets and user investment behaviors, gain insights into user needs, participate in the product strategy planning and design for the C-terminal intelligent product matrix, and provide comprehensive investment assistance capabilities including analysis, stock selection, and quantitative strategies.
- Act as a bridge between business and technology, translating cutting-edge AI technologies (e.g.large language models, Agent, RAG) into specific product features. Design innovative solutions covering the entire user process from search and discovery to decision-making, thereby enhancing the user investment experience.
- Participate in building and managing financial domain-specific knowledge bases, high-quality datasets, and knowledge graphs. Design data strategies to improve the AI product's understanding and application of professional financial knowledge.
- Collaborate closely with algorithm engineers, quantitative researchers, UI / UX designers, and operation teams to drive product iteration and launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Financial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.Basic understanding of the principles of machine learning, deep learning, large language models, and RAG, enabling effective technical communication with algorithm engineers. Familiarity with the basic principles of recommendation systems and search ranking mechanisms is beneficial.Excellent user insight, logical thinking, and analytical skills. Familiar with the entire product lifecycle from requirements analysis to iteration. Proficient in the design and operation of internet C-terminal products. Relevant project or internship experience is preferred.Knowledge of trading products (e.g., stocks, funds, options) and financial markets. Internship or project experience in related financial technology or quantitative research is preferred.Strong English language skills, with the ability to read and comprehend English technical documentation and financial research reports. Outstanding cross-team communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively drive project progress.Open to candidates graduating between January 2025 and August 2026.Fluent in both English & Chinese.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
