Position Overview We are looking for a curious, creative, and culturally savvy Strategy Assistant / Junior Strategist to join our growing team.
This role supports the strategy and business development functions of Morning Studio — helping to support, research, eventually conceptualise, and pitch branded content ideas that resonate with Hong Kong and international audiences.
The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart who enjoys understanding what makes audiences tick, and is eager to learn how content and strategy work together to drive business impact.
Key Responsibilities 1. Support the Ideation Hub and Strategy Team Assist in the development of Morning Studio business proposals, including research, concept development, and presentation preparation.
Provide administrative and logistical support to the Ideation Hub, ensuring smooth coordination across projects and meetings.
Help maintain the team’s internal resources, including research databases, case studies, and performance reports.

Research and Ideation Conduct market and audience research to identify emerging trends, brand opportunities, and relevant content themes.
Participate in creative meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate fresh, culturally relevant ideas for clients.
Support the Senior Strategists in transforming insights into strategic storytelling concepts.

Social Media and Brand Marketing Manage Morning Studio’s social media channels, curating and creating posts that showcase the team’s work, culture, and achievements.
Track engagement metrics and suggest ways to enhance Morning Studio’s presence across digital platforms.

Project Collaboration and Content Production Contribute to projects across all stages — from ideation and pre-production to campaign execution and post-campaign reporting.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, production, sales, and editorial) and external partners to support project deliverables.
Provide cross-team assistance when required, contributing to the wider goals of Morning Studio.
Qualifications and Requirements Essential : A positive, can-do attitude Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, or related fields.
0–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, advertising, media, or creative production (internships included).
Strong research, writing, and presentation skills.
Excellent communication skills in English; Cantonese or Mandarin proficiency preferred.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Genuine interest in branded content, storytelling, and Hong Kong’s cultural and media landscape.
Desirable : Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
Basic understanding of creative production processes (video, digital, or social content).
Experience using PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides for presentations.
A proactive and collaborative mindset, with an eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic team.
